We offer residential panchakarma in our center in Cape Town. During this we give therapies, meditation, Ayurvedic food, and recreation music to give a glimpse of traditional Ayurvedic life style.

Panchakarma is a sophisticated process that includes specific Ayurveda and Sidha cathartics therapies to flush out the emotional and physical garbage from body and sub conscious mind.

Besides doing traditional panchakarma other unique packages are listed bellow-

Packages

KAYA KALPA - radical purification. Kaya Kalpa literally means renewal of the body. This is a most exotic method of treating both the gross and the subtle body to prolong the youthfulness and vigor in younger people, and revive the vitality in older people. The treatment method of Kaya Kalpa is considered to be the culmination of Ayurvedic knowledge as a complete medical science.

KUNDALINI: - charka balancing. This is an application of specific herbs to different parts of the body and the use of specific sounds to align the universal healing energy.

MARMA CHIKITSA: - deep tissue relaxation. This is a significant aspect of Ayurvedic treatment. Marmas are specific points on the body where the application of pressure induces the flow of vital energy (prana) along a complex system of subtle channels called (nadis). Ayurveda recognizes about 108 lethal marma points within our body. Massage is widely applied in the treatment of marmas with specific oil for each point.

DHARA: - oleation. Oil is an integral ingredient in Ayurvedic treatment. Sesame oil and ghee (boiled with herbs) is commonly used. The oil can be administered internally as nasal-drops (nasya) or can be used for mouth gurgling. The external oiling is in the form of massage. Shirodara is a powerful technique of pouring oil onto the forehead. Specific herbs are used for individual dosha types e.g. vata, pitta and kapha. The attending doctor is responsible for deciding which oils and herbs to use.

SHOONYA: - total emotional release. These treatments have been designed to guide the internal and external journey towards balance of the physical and metaphysical being.

KARMA BURNING: - a cleansing ritual. Starting with a special Vedic cleansing verse, the body is invited to clean itself from the inside out. Continuing with body brushing, lymphatic drainage followed by purification with an Ayurvedic herbal wrap and completed by an herbal milk bath with specific sound vibrations.

CHANDER MUKHI: - skin rejuvenation. These are our many mystical beauty treatments, including Mukhalepa facials, manicures and pedicures. We are proud of our natural products, uniquely developed by Ayurvedic experts. Products and technology are combined to produce visible changes, as well as pampering the senses.

It must be kept in mind that line of treatment including medicines, diets, therapies and meditation is decided upon by the Ayurvedic doctor after the patient's analysis.
