Self care

Loving yourself is a completely natural and continues experience. You didn't have to DO anything. That's why it's called "falling" in love with myself. Falling in love with self is a passive and spontaneous experience. I'm not saying that you couldn't fall in love with someone else. You could. And TEMPORARILY you'd feel better. But self-love in just incredible.

The key to succeeding in a Relationship with your own being is to accept yourself. it is not finding the better person from your it's learning to love the Person you are now.

loving yourself means ensuring your health, relationships, mental peace are all in good order.

There is no point of getting a promotion on the day of your breakup.
There is no fun in driving a car if your back hurts. Shopping is not enjoyable if your mind is full of tensions.

Don't take life seriously. Life is not meant to be taken seriously, as we are really temporary here. We are like a prepaid card with limited validity. If we are lucky, we may last another 40 years. And 40 years is just 2,000 weekends.

We have not experienced this unconditional love, and in this realm we are often judged and condemned, and consequently we grow up believing that we are not good enough: Most of us have never really loved ourselves, truly valued ourselves or seen the beauty of our own souls. It is important to cultivate a deep love affair with yourself.

Selfishness comes from too little self-love, not too much, as we compensate for our lacking in this regard. There's no such thing as caring for the self too much, just as there's no such thing as too much genuine affection for others. Each one of us is a gift to those around us, helping each other to realize who we are.

Love is the most powerful healing energy in the world. The entire universe is composed of unconditional love, and we are an expression of this. “I can be nothing else, because this is my essence and the nature of the entire universe.” Even things that seem negative are all part of the infinite, unconditional spectrum of love. When we know that we are love, all we have to do is be true to ourselves, and we become instruments of loving energy, which touches everyone we come into contact with. Being in love means being aware of the importance of nurturing my own soul, taking care of my own needs, and treating myself with respect and kindness. It allows me to view what may be interpreted as imperfections and mistakes with no judgment, seeing only opportunities to experience and to learn with unconditional love. It means honouring who I truly am, and allowing me to be in my own truth. It means being and doing the things that make me feel good and happy, that arouse my passion and bring out the best in me, and loving myself unconditionally as an on-going work of perfection.

Trust the wisdom of your infinite Self. You - and everyone else - are a powerful, magnificent, unconditionally loved, and loving force. Be the magnificent love that you are and allow events and circumstances in your life to play out in the way that is always in your best long-term interest. When we are true to ourselves, we become instruments of truth for the planet. Because we are all connected, we touch the lives of everyone around us, who then affect others, and the ripples continue to spread. Our only obligation is TO BE THE LOVE WE ARE. Our life is our prayer. It is our gift to the Universe. And always remember: You are LOVED JUST AS YOU ARE because you are a BEAUTIFUL BEING of this existence.

We are people, not programmed devices...!  "Don't be serious, enjoy Life as it comes"
